WATERVLIET, N.Y. (NEWS10)– The City of Watervliet has announced a new design for the military banner program. The new banners cost $175 for a new first time banner and $125 for a replacement.
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2026 Reed City Hometown Heroes Banner Program, which officially opened Jan. 1.
