Coca-Cola may have helped popularize Santa's look, but his modern image was already taking shape long before the soft drink company's ads.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - He goes by many names: Chris Kringle, Old Saint Nick, Father Christmas, but most probably know him as Santa Claus.

As the world prepares for Santa Claus to slide down chimneys and bring joy to children everywhere Christmas Eve, jolly ol' Saint Nick remains a favorite with card collectors as well. Over the last four decades, Santa has made some 30-plus appearances on trading cards in the hobby.

Evil elves were recently on the loose, but luckily, CM Claus arrived to save the day. This Christmas season, scream queens Jill Schoelen, Judie Aronson, Barbara Crampton, Krsy Fox, and Diane Franklin have reimagined the classic Here Comes Santa Claus (Right Down Santa Claus Lane) song with their own horror-and-holiday-themed music video,
