Sometimes you might want to add a circular photo of the author on the last page of a text or presentations. Word and PowerPoint don’t offer this feature directly, but there are two ways to achieve it.
Click anywhere on the Word document. On the menu bar, click the Insert tab. In the Text group, click the Quick Parts button. Then select Field from the drop-down menu. A Field dialog box will appear.
