PASTORAL VISITATION On December 4, 2025, Pastoral Visitation of Regional Chaplain of PRO1, PMAJ ARNULFO E FRAGA, JR, was conducted. The activities during the visit included the Holy Mass, the Blessing of the Police Station, the Blessing of Vehicles, and the Blessing of PNP Personnel.
